Starting a course and starting a lesson (Jutta Sendzik)

Forming a homogenous group from a random collection of individuals is very important for success in learning a language.

How can we use the promising initial stage of a lesson most effectively? Which intragroup processes are there and what role do they play? How much attention does the individual need?

In this workshop we'll try to find out how teaching resources can help to make the most of these processes.
